Hi everyone my name is Pini i'm pretty new to BP and I love this wonderful community. I'm currently looking into a deal in jersey city its a complete gut renovation, Looking for a good reliable contractor in the area that can give me a reasonable quote. If anyone has any info on this i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

Hi @Pini M. I know a contractor that does work for a real estate investment company, they work on a lot of 2-3-4 family gut renovations, feel free to PM me for the contractor's information.  They are currently working on 2 projects in Jersey City that perhaps you can view to see what you should expect for your own renovation.  They have also done several projects for my rental properties and I have been very satisfied with the job quality and timing.
