Modular Duplex builder in Aurora, CO

Hello, my husband & I own a vacant lot in Aurora, CO and would like to get a low-cost modular duplex built there (lot is zoned for a triplex). any recommendations for a project contractor? we did find a few modular companies like Liscott for pre-manufactured structure & setup, but they will not handle site construction, permits, concrete etc. so we need a general contractor for that. Hoping to find someone who's done this before & can take on the overall project, but provide price estimate upfront. Thank you in advance for some referrals.
