Help! Building a 4 Unit
Hi all, I hope some of you wise guys can offer
Some advice. Recently bought a home for flipping, the house is on a 1/2 acre which I am dividing I need advise on buying a prefabricated 4 unit plex, I am guessing this would be the least expensive way to get the most out of the remaining space, I have experience on owning rental units, but have never gone the route of building a unit from scratch, dimensions of the lot are 125FT x 84FT any advice on were to buy the unit or any other building suggestions even diferente ideas in what to do with the remaining space are welcome. Thanks in advance!!!
