Rental property rehab
New to biggerpockets and I am very interested in rental properties. My question is, if or should I say when I bug my first duplex and I want to do rehab work, but there are tents currently how do I go about rehabbing the property while they are in the unit?

Ask the tenants what they would like done or fixed. This will create a win win situation and allow you to do work that will improve the value, and allow you to then charge more per month without them being too upset because they will have wanted and asked for the renovation!
