I'm looking for a rehab contractor in the Birmingham area interested in jobs $30,000 and smaller, and a different one to do those $70,000 to $100,000 jobs. Usually that is two different companies. Does anyone have recommendations? This is for residential properties in the Jefferson County and Shelby County areas.

Hello. I don't have any contractor recommendations in that area but I do recommend using Angie's List. I've used it for my primary residence in California as well as my multi-family properties and the commercial properties my siblings and I own to find HVAC, concrete, handymen and electricians.

They typically have online discount codes online for a subscription as well.
