Help Demoing/Building in Francisville Section of Philadelphia

Hi all,

I may be demmoing and rebuilding in the Francisville section of Philadelphia. The current home has lots of water damage due to tree damage not being repaired. Does anyone do work in this section of Philadelphia and could provide some insight on possible price? I'm seeing its about ~$125 a square foot does that sound correct? - Thank You
