How can I get Complex Properties in order to Renovate

I’ve always been out there in the field but no luck as of now. I tried talking to Property managers seeing if they were interested in getting any Units done for the them but nothen yet so far. My team and I been working with another Company general as a subcontractor but at the same time I feel like I’m selling my work really cheap. But at the same time we’re fast and our quality of work is fantastic so that’s the reason I feel like my own work should be put to work as my own company instead of being as a subcontractor. I have to say I’ve learned a lot, the main word they say oh “we do everything in house “ and yes I get that point or sometimes they have their own cooperate. How can I get in touch with these type of people that need Units Remodeled? I’ve heard of Lincoln Property anybody know anything Interesting about them ?
