Seeking Project Manager in Milwaukee

Hi Bigger Pockets!! Purchasing property within the next few weeks in Milwaukee. I cannot be present to oversee improvements to the property. I am seeking a project manager for ~$30k renovation for a duplex including a new roof, minor siding repairs, balcony repairs, paint, and refinishing hardwood floors. This property is only the beginning. I will be renovating and flipping other projects in the Milwaukee area, I will have more business to offer in the coming months. Thanks!!!
