How Long Does a Geo Technical Report Take Start to Finish?

Hey everybody, I'm helping a client move a piece of land and the buyer wants to do a Phase 1 Environmental Report as well as a Geo-technical report to test the soil. The seller is allowing the testing to take place but we're both curious how long the reports will take start to finish? Anybody out there have experience with phase 1 and geo-Technical reports? Just wanted to get an idea of realistically how quickly both could be scheduled and how long the entire process takes to have results in hand. The land is a pretty small 28x50 parcel. It's in a residential area in Philadelphia, buyer just wants to be able to build two 4-story SFR's. Would appreciate any and all relevant feedback from those with experience on this type of environmental testing!
