Cost of Building a Leasing Center or Clubhouse

I am looking to purchase an apartment complex and am thinking of building a clubhouse/leasing center, as the current property does not have one, but I am unsure of what the cost of building a new building for this would be. What would be an estimated cost of building a clubhouse or leasing center?
