I need help with a rehab rental.
Greetings,
I'm rehabbing three units, (two 700 sqft studios and one 1050 sqft 1 bedroom) and I was wondering if I should use tile or laminate flooring. Per sqft laminate is less expansive and I can get a nice "look" with the laminate but is it durable enough for a rental? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
