Multifamily package delivery solutions
I am new to the site and have enjoyed the insights I have gained regarding REI. I am currently working on a mixed use development with 70 rental units in Santa Barbara, California. I am curious as to what solutions people have found for dealing with package deliveries. I like the idea of the Amazon Locker where tenants are notified when their package arrives and can pick it up from a secure location.
Any suggestions?
