Hello, investors! 

We are looking to move from residential to commercial rental properties. 

Regarding commercial rental property rehab ( 7 units, single dwelling, 3 level, 5x3 bed, 2x1 bed, 6000 sq.ft), needs to be completely gutted, what would you say be a rough estimate for a rental apartment complex rehab like that ( per sq.ft) 

Commercial contractor references would be greatly appreciated as well!
