How do you go about selling a completed multi-family project?

Hello BP community. I am just curious if anyone has ever completed and then sold a multi-family project. Buyers I would have in mind would be a REIT or large real estate fund. How would you go about marketing your property to these large companies? I do not have any projects completed or under construction, just curious of how the process would take place. Thanks in advance for all the feedback. Clint R. Woods

Hi, @Clint Woods

The simplest and perhaps most effective route to take is to contact commercial brokers and let them know you have a property for sale. It would be no different from selling a house -- you'd contact a realtor and have them list your property.
