COST OF BUILDING A NEW HOME IN MEMPHIS?

I am  considering buying a lot and building on it.  I wanted to get a per foot cost of building a new home.  I would also like to get some referrals on handymen and tradesmen who could handle this.  Thank to any who respond in advance.
