Need refs for new construction sfr in San Diego loans contractors

Hello all. I plan on building an additional SFR on my 5acre parcel in Ramona CA (nothing fancy, just a nice 3/2). Intention is to live there for 2.5 years then rent it for cash flow. Zoning allows for 2 structures. Property is free & clear with utilities. I have never undertaken anything like this and would appreciate any local references for a builder, and info on new construction loans. I should be approved fairly easily for a loan but need someone to help me with the process. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
