House hacking by adding another entrance

Hi all, We have a two story home as our primary and am looking do a house hack. Here's what I think needs to be done. 1. Stairs to second floor room 2. New entrance from stairs 3. Install a more sound resistant door on the inside 4. Create a small kitchen (one that would fit in a 12'x12' bedroom) I was wondering what a rough estimate of work and materials would be for this. We already have a bathroom and a walk in closet. Thanks in advanced!
