New homes construction west of Atlanta, GA

Hello ! I am very new at investing, although I have watched my father for some time. I currently own a home (with a mortgage) in a subdivision and would like to move out of the subdivision and into a house with some land. I would then turn my current home into my first cash flowing rental property. I can't quite find what I want so I am wondering if anyone here has an average cost per square foot for a single story ranch home with a 3 car garage around 2500 sqft with mid to high range finishes? I would provide the land but would need the contractor to get services from the road and do all clearing. Alternatively, if anyone could put me in touch with a good GC that I could talk to that would work as well. Thanks guys, looking forward to beginning my real estate journey.

@Brian C Headrick I would start calling all the builders in your area and get quotes from them. They are constantly doing new builds and they should be able to give you a ballpark estimate based upon your needs.
