Variance Issue
Our new home ran into rear easement issues and the variance paperwork was submitted to the local country office. The builder said they may have to move the foot print by 10ft in the front. We think the house would look odd. Can we terminate the contract and get the deposit refunded? Or at least re-negotiate the home cost considering future resale?
