New home construction info

I am a carpenter and have been flipping houses for some time. I am currently debating on doing a tear down and building a new, much larger home on the lot. This would be my first new build. My question is how much does it cost to build a house if I do the contracting and do all the interior work besides drywall. I would do the plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bathroom finishes, flooring etc. Basically, the interior of the house. On Google I see a general price of 1.50 sq ft. to build a house, How much of this is management fees and labor? Can I get down to .80 sq ft with doing a lot of my own work? I read a forum of a guy claiming to do the same as I'm proposing and managed .77 sq ft. I would love your input and advice. Thanks in advance.
