Referral needed for land development consultant

I'm asking BP members for a referral to someone you know and/or have worked with who is a Land Development consultant in the Charlotte Metro Area. With all due respect to the development big firms out there, my project is very small and I believe I'd be best served by a small firm or even one-man shop, and frankly a bigger firm will likely not have time for a small deal.

I simply need a low-cost conceptual plan that I can use for marketing to builders. I want the concept plan to illustrate hypothetical lot layouts with different zoning regulations such as R20, R30, R40, PUD, or special use. The county where the land is located uses the Geographic Information System GoMaps 4.0 and allows public access to parcel data in ESRI shapefile format. I suspect the right person with the right software and experience can do this very quickly.

Anyone with a referral, please send me a private message with the contact info.  Thank you!
