Anyone Interested in Buying Land/Lots in Fredericksburg, VA?

Yes, this is a bit premature but I'm trying to see if there is anyone in bigger pockets land that purchases land for development.  I may have a deal coming in the next few days.  I'm being sent plat information tomorrow but am told that it is several lots that need to be sold.  Give me some guidance here.
