Hi Team, I'm a residential buy and hold guy/realtor, who inherited commercial property with family members. One property has 3 units with a large commercial lot (which housed a structure that has since been torn down), two of the units are rented and one is in pretty rough condition. The second property is mixed use, residential upstairs and commercial downstairs. Its roughly 1500 sqft for both. It's currently two commercial units and 3 one bedroom units. Any ideas on how to maximize profitability on these properties. They are paid for.
