Construction loan central FL

can anyone help me with the following questions?  Thanks in advance.

Which banks offer these loans and at what interest rates?

What are the qualifications?  Income, credit score minimum?

Does the lot need to be purchased with cash?  If not, what kind of down payment required?

The reason for my questions is that I've been looking for resales and not too happy with what you can get for the price.  I can build a home for cheaper than buying from a builder (new construction).  In case of a downturn, and I think it's coming, I want to have equity in the home and my chances are better if I can build at roughly 80 sq ft rather than paying 125-140 which is the going rate around my area.

I have connections to all the subs as I work in the industry.  I'd love to be able to accomplish this on my own.  I can put down roughly 10 percent, not much I know.   Income combined Is in the 130 k range and credit scores are in the 695-705 range.  Thanks in advance.
