VACANT LOT
HELLO BP
Where do I start, I have two lots back to back almost a acre combined. One with a house on it and the other one is vacant now here is the kicker the house garage is sitting one foot on the vacant lot how can I divide the two lots to build a house on the vacant area of the two lots. Any advice will be appreciated.

@Kirk G. Depending on the size of the lots, and the setback requirements, etc. you may be able to do something as simple as a lot line adjustment. As someone else mentioned, contact a civil engineer that knows your area, and see what they say.
