Same Purchase Contract or NOT for purchase of lot w/ utilities AFTER teardown and survey done
Thanks for your help. I am putting a strong offer on a lot in an affluent area that has had a building torn down from it . The utilities are still in and the survey has been done. My experience is strictly in acquisition and sale of SFR. I use my State of Georgia Real Estate Purchase and Sale of Real Estate Agreement. What contract should I use being this is simply lot and utilities? My intention is to control the property to allow my architect to create the drawings/plans/proformas for the highest & best use of the emerging neighborhood... Then unload it.
Also - what contingencies and DD should be used considering the tear down, site survey have been done?
Thank you!
