Any developers looking for vacant lots in Pinellas County / St Petersburg / Tampa Bay?

I have a lead on a motivated (absentee owner) seller of a vacant lot in Pinellas County, FL. It's in Seminole (though technically in unincorporated Pinellas), close to the water (Tampa Bay) on an aquatic preserve, and about one mile from the beach at Indian Shores.

It's a great piece of property. Surrounding homes on similar lots are valued at $300-500k.

I don't normally work with vacant lots, so I'm kind of at a loss for what to do with this deal. I would certainly consider an assignment if there's interest from the right developer.

Appreciate any advice or contacts in the Tampa / St Pete area!
