I'm looking for funding for a large(r) development project. We have 15%-20% downpayment depending on purchase price and I've come across the website homeandlandpros.com which provides between $3M and $100M in funding. I can't find any reviews or articles about this company so I figured to ask here to see if anyone has heard of this company or has any information to offer.
