Condo Conversion Insight

Whose done it? What kind of "general process" took place? Who has insight. I'm considering a condo conversion on a 24 unit property in the western suburbs.

Drop a comment in here if you've done it before and I'll message you directly. I'd like to pick your brain for perhaps 20 mins over the phone in possible.

Hi Paul,

I have done condo conversions before and in the process of doing one now. It is in Austin, TX and it is 31 units conversion. Keep in mind that every state laws are different, so I can share my experience, as a general process would be the same, but you will have to get a good local lawyer to do all documentation anyway.

Andrey.
