Hey folks,

So I am curious as to how much you have spent on building a new rowhome from the ground up.  I am looking at a 2 story house. The easiest thing to do with this is to demolish and rebuild as a 3 story.

I have never done anything like this.  only remodeled.  I would like to know a good number for rebuilding.  Thanks.

@mark redmann Is there an update on this thread?

@Mark Redmann, I was wondering if you had done a new build or an addition, please let me know, since I am interested in both.
