Lowes Installation Package

Question BP family...

I was in Lowes the other day & notice that with their home improvement items like kitchen counters & bathroom items (tubs, toilet, sinks etc...), flooring, along with some other things was a Lowes installation package. 

My question is has anyone here ever used Lowes installation package offer to rehab a home or a certain area in the home that needs the renovations done to it? If so, how did it work out, & how fast did they work? Also, were there any extra / hidden fees while using Lowes installation crew?
