The Price is $37,000. Assuming I owned this lot, and planned to build 2-4 small studio/ 1 bed apartments side by side, how much do you think the construction would be? What would be the best steps to take to reach that goal of renting it out? Any suggestion, or pointers would be great. ( My name is Damien, I live in So Cal, I work at a Hospital, but would like to invest in real estate on the side. No experience in real estate. )
