I’m looking to connect with someone experienced in tear-downs in Palm Beach County. I currently have a property under contract on the Intracoastal in Palm Beach Gardens, but waterfront deals aren’t typically my focus—I usually work with lower-valued single-family homes. Unfortunately, I got some bad info upfront from a colleague who was helping me out, and now I’m trying to sort things out and turn this into a win.
