I'd love to connect with land investors in TN.

My goal with land investing is to focus on minor subdivisions where I can sell a couple parcels after subdividing to make most of my cash back and then hold the notes on the rest for cashflow. So far I've been looking in the following counties: Sevier, Roane, Maury, and Bradley. I haven't secured a deal yet but hoping to soon!
