New Build in Texas - Contractor and Costs

Hi All,

We are planning on purchasing a piece of land in Lubbock Texas to build a a multifamily property. I was hoping to see if anyone has had recent experience. Any idea on what would be the per sq foot construction cost for this project?

Question here is-- have any of you used someone you really like and can recommend? Also, what prices do you receive? Thank you.
