Builder/ Investor Profit Split Contract

We are partnering with a GC to build 3 houses in Mooresville, NC. We own the land and will be funding the project (either through financing or cash). It will be a 50/50 profit split when the houses sell. Can anyone suggest an attorney to write this contract? Or an online site that I could pull a pre-written contract for an attorney to revise.
