Market Study
Does anyone have experience in doing a market study for, new construction, townhomes?
I read, in this forum, that you need to build for demand. How do you determine demand (especially when they are no new construction townhome projects currently for sale in our area)?
I can determine/ approximate new supply from planning department at the city.... I am having a hard time trying to figure out demand
Any ideas will
Thanks
