I am planning to develop a glamping (glamorous camping) site in the vicinity of the Smoky Mountains and am seeking insights from those with experience or knowledge in this area. Here are my key queries:

1. Zoning and Permissions: What specific zoning should I look for in the land to ensure it's suitable for a glamping site? Additionally, what permissions and permits are typically required in this region for setting up a glamping business?
