Advice on providing a good warranty to buyers

Hi Everyone,

I am re-branding our development company in the fashion of a custom new home developer, but we are redeveloping historic homes in the city of Pittsburgh rather than new builds.

I want to be able to provide our buyers with a truly valuable home warranty, but this isn't an area that I'm familiar with in any way. I'm looking for some general guidance as to where I should start.

I'm happy to layout what I've thought about so far, but i'd rather not steer the discussion in a specific direction.

Again, any feedback is immensely appreciated as always!!
