So I am new to the area. I am looking to build a home in New Mexico as a spec house. What is the cost to build difference between Albuquerque and Santa Fe? Are there pros and cons from Santa Fe to Albuquerque?

I'm getting way higher comps of resale value for houses in Santa Fe(300k higher) compared to Albuquerque. Trying to figure out why this is
