Multi-Family Unit Demolition Costs (Chicago)

Hello,

I have a multi-family unit on a 24X72 lot that needs demolishing. I'm trying to factor in demolition costs into my budget.

Can anyone share what the cost of demolition would be? A ballpark estimate or range would be great.

I would not be opposed to a referral either.

Cheers.

I believe a foundation needs to be removed as well. From the pictures, it looks like a crumbling multi-family (2-4 units). It's in Bucktown.

I appreciate the range. Super helpful. To add to this lot's "uniqueness" - it's also a corner lot. Do I need to account for scaffolding then too?

There's another lot in Humboldt Park I've been eyeing too. It's ready to build on (25x120). The game plan with either of these lots is multi-family... I'm aiming for a two-unit duplex.
