Best Central-Florida Unincorporated City to Build?
Hi all, I've been trying to gather info about where the lowest regulations/jurisdictions are in Central Florida to build which would likely be an Unincorporated area, but has been quite hard to find specifics. I'm located in Tampa, FL and and am really favoring Unincorporated cities/counties that have the least amount of hoops to jump through when it comes to permitting, amount of "dwellings" on a single parcel, regulation, etc. Thanks for any insight and help!

I would check out areas in Polk County, right next to Tampa. There are several near Lakeland.
