Leads for Small Group - New Construction Labor Work

Currently in the process of building a pole barn duplex in the Indianapolis area. We are connecting with a few companies that specialize in the exterior shell, however a number of them do not have directly associated labor to build. 

Does anyone have any good leads or contacts for smaller labor groups that can handle a pole barn exterior build? This would include a concrete foundation. We do not want a large general contractor group.
