Who knows about Pre-Sales for Luxury New Build Townhomes?
Hi all - I am working for a developer in Colorado who is building a new set of luxury townhomes in Winter Park (ski resort town in Colorado rockies). We are exploring a possible pre-sale for this property and looking to get smarter on the process and pros/cons. I am seeking to speak to people (agents, marketing agencies, developers) who have prior experience with pre-sales for luxury second home properties. Specifically, I'm looking to learn about best practices, who has done this well, different ways of structuring the pre-sale, and gain a better sense for marketing costs and effort involved.
