Building 4-plex costs?

Hello, I have the opportunity to purchase land zoned for a 4-plex. Anyone know how much building a new 4-plex in Sacramento is likely to cost.  I own some rentals, but have never dealt with building new construction.  The property is already zoned for 4-plex though it currently houses a duplex. thanks!
