Build custom home and then sell tips and calculator

Hello BP community,

My first post! I have one STR and was looking to expand into LTR and then found an opportunity to have a custom home built on a lot for a really good price that would be well below market value. Is there a calculator for all the considerations of building a new house and then costs for selling it after completion? Any lists for all things (especially costs) to consider when building a custom home and then reselling it?

This home would not be a good candidate for keeping and renting long term due to the price.  The rent would be too high.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.  I searched the forums and googled for hours before asking and my search skills have not come up with much.  If there is a thread with this info already then please forward to me and I will gladly review.

Thanks,

Brian
