General Contractor/ Real estate investor open to possibilities

Nigel Meacham
Posted

Hello BP, I am a General Contractor in Kern County with a focus on real estate investing. I have experience with ground up residential and commercial, and all sorts of Tenant Improvements and remodels in between. I'm curious to see if anyone out there may be interested in some sort of partnership on a development or major rehabs. I am more looking for equity share type scenarios vs just doing the construction J.O.B. I am open to meet other investors and discuss potential opportunities. Please let me know what you think or if you have any questions I'd love to talk or meet.

Thank you,

Nigel Meacham
