New Jersey Question. What should I build on this property ?
semi-busy highway lot in a rural/suburban town. 1.5 acres. Mix of wooded area and strip mall and residential around it. I’m thinking the best use for it would be to build multiunit rental or small condo development. I feel like there’s way too much retail space already empty and commercial space overall already empty. Looking for other suggestions for the property that I might not be thinking of.
