Manufactured Home Park?
Hey Everyone, I am a realtor and investor in the Wilmington area. I found the perfect lot of land that came on the market for a very reasonable price. It's 10 acres with community sewer and water and I wanted to see how we can go about making this into an income producing manufactured home park? I would need a loan/investor but other than looking into zoning does anyone have experience on how to set this up? It's only $114,000 for the land. TIA!
