Ground-up Multifamily models

I was wondering if anyone on the forum knows where I can purchase a ground-up multifamily model? I know a lot of the bigger shops make their own, but minus access like that, I am having a hard time finding a model for the smaller developer. I would be willing to pay for someone to build one for me specifically as well. Thanks.
